Hi! Welcome to my little corner of the internet.

It’s hard to believe I’m starting a blog in the year of our Lord 2021, but here I am. On the blog you will find book reviews and my general thoughts on a life of reading and writing. I might add in a little style along the way. But before we get started, here’s a deep dive on me:

• I’m originally from Charlotte, NC.

• I spent the last five years inhabiting tiny apartments in NYC.

• I’m currently living out my 9-year-old dreams as a reporter at WSJ.

• I listen to upwards of 10 podcasts a day.

• I’m a two-cup-a-day coffee drinker.

• I listen to all my audiobooks on 1.4x speed. No more, no less.

• I love the sound of crackling plastic when you open up a library book.
